1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Quiz Portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Quiz Portal.
2. Account Registration
To use certain features of our platform, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
- Be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
3. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights

4. Intellectual Property
All content on CampusEmpower, including quizzes, questions, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CampusEmpower or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our content
- Use our content for commercial purposes without authorization
- Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our services.
5. User Content
You are responsible for any content you submit, post, or display on the platform. By submitting content, you represent that:
- You have the right to submit the content
- The content does not violate any laws or rights of others
- The content is accurate and not misleading
- You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
6. Quiz Results and Scores
Quiz results and scores are provided for educational and assessment purposes:
- Results are calculated based on your answers and the quiz's scoring system
- We reserve the right to review and adjust scores if cheating or manipulation is detected
- Quiz results may not be used as official academic or professional credentials
- We are not responsible for any decisions made based on quiz results
7. Payments and Refunds
All payments made through our platform are non-refundable. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All fees are stated in INR (Indian Rupees) and are non-refundable
- Once a payment is processed, it cannot be refunded, reversed, or cancelled for any reason
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes, service charges, or transaction fees
- Payment disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the transaction
- All transactions are processed securely through Razorpay payment gateway
7A. Razorpay Payment Gateway - Verification and Onboarding
We use Razorpay as our payment service provider. To ensure secure transactions and compliance with financial regulations, Razorpay may require verification and onboarding documentation:
For Individual Users:
- Identity Verification: Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID)
- Address Proof: Utility bill, bank statement, or any document with current address (not older than 3 months)
- Bank Account Details: For refunds or payouts (if applicable), bank account number and IFSC code
- PAN Card: Required for transactions above certain thresholds as per Indian tax regulations
For Business/Organization Users:
- Business Registration Documents: Certificate of Incorporation, Partnership Deed, or GST Registration Certificate
- Business PAN Card: Permanent Account Number of the business entity
- Authorized Signatory KYC: Identity and address proof of authorized signatories
- Business Bank Account Details: Cancelled cheque or bank statement with IFSC code
- GST Certificate: If the business is GST registered
- Business Address Proof: Office lease agreement, utility bills, or property documents
Verification Process:
- Razorpay may request verification documents during account setup or when processing transactions
- All documents must be clear, valid, and up-to-date
- Verification is typically completed within 2-5 business days
- Failed verifications may result in transaction restrictions until compliance is met
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or invalid documentation
Onboarding Requirements:
- Users may be required to complete Razorpay's onboarding process for certain payment methods
- This includes agreeing to Razorpay's terms of service and privacy policy
- Additional verification may be required for high-value transactions
- Failure to complete onboarding may limit payment options available to you
Note: All verification documents are collected and processed by Razorpay in accordance with their privacy policy and applicable financial regulations. 8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- CampusEmpower is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services
- We are not responsible for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CampusEmpower, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of others
- Any content you submit to the platform
10. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms
- Discontinue or modify any part of our services
- Refuse service to anyone for any reason
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:
